The Three Common Clairs

What did you discover about your gifts and intuition in Part 1? Let’s now dive into the three Most Common Clairs!

Some people get knowings, for some it looks like a movie reel, and others hear their insights as a voice of wisdom within or just outside of themselves. One way is not better than another way, the importance is that you start to notice how information drops in for you and then start to honor and nourish these knowings, insights, and hearings. Let’s begin by unpacking the three more common Clairs—Spiritual Senses that support Psychic Gifts and Intuition.

Below we will open up these three Psychic Gifts and suggest what chakra to work with to further support them, along with some stones/gems/crystals to support the chakra and the gift. There are many stones/gems/crystals for each chakra, so while some are suggested rely on your intuition to support the *stone/crystal/gem that is best for you, even if it is not listed. Agates work well to support all Chakras if you wish to just work with one stone. But again this series is all about opening your Psychic Gifts and intuition, so use them to discern and support you as you work with each gift and unfold its presence in your life. At the bottom of this email are two great resources where you can get stones/gems/crystals of high vibration and quality to further support you if inspired.

Claircognizance (Clear Knowings)

This way of knowing things, is just that, you know. You have a question, or are considering a problem and the information seems to just drop in

for you. You know it to be true. It has a resonance. A download of information. And when you explore it the surroundings confirm this knowing. For some people it feels like an inspired idea. A flash of insight! A knowing will often continue until you take action. Another example of how this Psychic Gift may present itself is when you are working with your energy field, (or supporting someone else’s,) and you have created a clear, sacred boundary, you will have knowings. The knowings may be about what the origin of the block you are trying to heal is and how to best return optimal flow. Or maybe a knowing happens when you are considering your next step in life. Or maybe you are driving and you get a knowing of where to go next. To nourish this gift, pay attention to the ways in which you can honor your knowings by regularly paying heed to them, and interrupt the constant dismissal of them, if you have grown accustomed to ignoring them. Chakra—connected to the Crown Chakra—which supports your connection to Source energy and Higher Self connection—helping you see things from a higher perspective.

Clairvoyance (Clear Seeing)

This psychic gift often presents as scenes, symbols, or images appearing within your third eye or in the liminal space outside of yourself—projected like a hologram. It can feel like a short movie clip unfolding, accompanied with insight as to why either in the moment or as a future or past understanding. When working with your own healing or others, you may see images, stories, or insights as to what is in the way of flow connected to lifetimes, past patterning, or belief systems to name a few, which are ready to transform. It also may come in the form of premonitions about the future, or postcognition about the past. People with this gift may also be vivid dreamers, see color, or auras—energy around a person or sentient being and might also see people who have passed on. People who are clairvoyant also tend to be good at visual spatial problem solving—arranging rooms, organizing space, and making 2d and 3d art. To nourish this gift, pay attention to what you see when you are in meditation, contemplation, dreaming, in nature, or in conversation with another. Chakra—Connected to the Third Eye Chakra—which supports being able to see beyond the physical eyes into the realities beyond the here and now. Itis one place where the moon (divine feminine) and the sun (divine masculine) channels unite within our system opening us up into higher states of consciousness.

Clairaudience (Clear Hearing)

This psychic gift is where you hear the answers to your inquires. For some it is similar to hearing a still divine voice within themselves or outside of themselves. It may come in the form of a voice, a sound, a rhythm, an echo to a sound, it may be ethereal. Sound is a vibratory state of frequency, and its quality is one of source and love, not one of fear or hatred. Even if the information you receive is foreboding, it

creates a resonance of resolve to be able to act swiftly with love and truth within you for optimal outcome. (If it creates fear/hatred it is not authentic clairaudience, that is ego karmic conditioning and is a pattern to heal and clear to open this channel up.) For some this kind of Psychic Gift through hearing can feel as if it is coming from the inner or outer ear. These types of people, tend to have an affinity for music, sounds, and are sensitive to the vibration of sound. Sound healing through bowls, healing mantras, or healing protocols can nourish this gift, as well as allowing yourself regular moments of silence, and sounds of beauty and nature.

Chakra—connected to Throat Chakra—which supports your ability to speak, but also when we cease our speech, we are opening our hearing and ability to hear beyond the sounds in the here and now.
