Acceptance of Self Creates a Better World

All of humanity is going through a change right now which is showing up throughout the political, religious, health, and economic challenges that we are all witnessing and experiencing. This has prompted many to look at, cling to, or separate from long-standing and divisive dogmas. These dogmas amplify separatism, judgment, and hate, all of which is really just an outgrowth and expression of our individual inner states of being. Our insecurities and inability to stand firm in authentic awareness keeps a divisive community intact.

By working on and accepting ourselves fully, we can then extend this acceptance
into humanity itself since we are all energetically connected.

So, how do we know what to change or transform for ourselves?

If you want to know where to focus for growth, look at what triggers you in your environment and relationships. Whatever bothers you the most is the area that needs the most inner work and healing.

Our triggers are tied to what we believe and value. The more rigid our belief systems, the less acceptance and love we have for those who do not fit within them. Some people will even turn away from loved ones who do not agree with the dogmas they feel are important. This too reflects our inner state of being and is another way to identify what’s in need of healing.

Deep down we all struggle with core issues of rejection, abandonment, and loss, and we all have a storyline or sub issues attached to these three collective core issues. The crux of these storylines is that we all feel a lack of self-love and a lack of self-confidence on some level. This in turn keeps us tied into the collective dogmas and programming, which makes it hard for us to feel loved and secure. The challenge is that sticking with the divisive dogmas doesn’t breed true love and connection – it breeds a false state of security from which we need to heal.

Here’s How We Can Heal

Healing takes inner work. We need to learn to let go of the old beliefs, memories, emotions, patterns, hurts, and behaviors that no longer serve us. Each issue needs to be healed on a mental, emotional, and physical level – and they don’t necessarily all heal at the same time or in a linear fashion.

It takes time to release and heal the core issues we’ve come in to work on. Counseling provides a clearer understanding of oneself and there are many tools, such as energy work, guided imagery, hypnosis, EMDR, acupuncture, and chiropractic care, that can help your emotions and body to let go more deeply and fully. You may explore several different modalities as you move through your healing journey. It’s also beneficial to create a personal practice support your healing. Developing your intuition, learning to meditate, and listening to energetic healing audios are all ways you can expand your ability to transform your past, create your future, and feel lighter and happier.

Ultimately, our goal is to feel a genuine sense of self-love and self-acceptance. When we reach this state, the energy we carry goes out to all we meet and all of humanity due to our interconnectedness. This creates a state of Oneness, which I believe is what we’re ultimately preparing for.

Let’s join hands and do this work together. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for!

Blessings,
Maureen
