Breathe in the New Year with Terri in a powerful Soul Breathing Work/Play-shop.
Join Terri on Sunday, Jan 14, 2024 from 10:00am – 2pm CST by Zoom, for a powerful, life changing workshop to consciously create your 2024. This workshop will take you into your creative process as we use the energies of the New Year and the New Moon along with the power of BREATH to set your intentions in motion and manifest them into form. Experienced breathers can join at 10:30am.
In this workshop you will:
UNDERSTAND how your breath can help you create consciously and do it.
DISCOVER the flow of ‘asking and receiving’.
EXPERIENCE a deep, connected breathing process using music, sound healing, body mapping, and affirmations for body-mind-spirit integration.
LET GO of old patterns that hold you back.
CREATE a road map for your 2024.
FEEL lighter, more joyful and free.
FEE: $144 or $125 on or before Jan 11, 2024. Bring a journal and a bottle of water.
