Shungite & Soul Breathing Workshop

This is a brand new class that Terri has been creating for some time. We will explore the powerful stone SHUNGITE and discover how it’s properties can assist our breath and our everyday lives! As you learn about Shungite we will use the energy of this stone to create a high vibrational water tincture that you can use daily to raise your vibration. As we play with our breath, you will experience a facilitated Soul Breathing along with the energies of shungite to enhance your breath session. Each participant will receive a small shungite stone as part of the class. Additional shungite pieces will be available for purchase.
TIME: 10:30am – 1:30pm CST*

LOCATION: Terri’s Saint Paul Breath & Wellness Studio
FEE: $129 or $111 (by May 11th). This is an in-person workshop. All attendees will receive a small shungite stone as part of the class.
