Holly Busse is a reiki master/teacher (Holy Fire), personal trainer, Spring Forest Qigong practitioner and speaker. She is also the author and creator of Tiny Imperfections.
Holly believes in keeping things simple, especially when it comes to stress reduction. If it’s not simple, most people will not do it. How does she know this? Holly has gone through her own personal journey with stress, anxiety and panic attacks. Her life experiences have been her best teachers. It’s the reason she can come from her heart in all that she does in her profession, whether it’s doing a reiki session, teaching a reiki or instructing a stress management class. There is no judgement because she has “been there, done that.” Compassion is her best trait.
Reiki came into her life over 25 years ago and she feels honored to hold space for others so they can relax, knowing that when the body is relaxed it has a much better chance to heal.
Holly’s easy going nature and calm approach to her work is contagious. Her best day is when a client leaves her office, goes home to their loved ones, calm, centered and feeling lighter. That’s a very good day.
