Vibrant Joy - Awaken the Wisdom of Your BodyCatherine Siri Sat Liska of Vibrant Joy is a somatic movement intuitive who is passionate about assisting people to awaken and nurture the amazing potential of their physical body as a Sacred Vessel to Embody Spirit so that they can share their unique gifts with the world while living their most creative, fulfilling and pain-free life. By integrating all of her training and life experience, she assists others in getting to the root cause of complex, chronic pain issues and trauma to resolve them in a gentle and loving way.

Catherine is gifted with the ability to see where energy disconnects are occurring in people’s movement patterns as well as when they are at rest. These disconnects are usually tied to a mindset, emotion or lifelong habit that is “just outside of a person’s awareness”. Because these patterns are hidden below the surface, many people end up treating the symptoms, rather than the underlying cause, of their “dis-ease”.

Each person’s physical body is a sacred vehicle for their Spirit to express itself while they live their Earth-life. Unfortunately, most people forget that their body is conscious and intelligent. They misinterpret pain and discomfort as a message that their body is working against them, when actually their body is an ally that is constantly trying to create vibrant life by letting the person know when something is out of balance.

Human bodies are designed to move, and every single thought and emotion that a person has either supports or overshadows their ability to move in a way that creates a vibrant, healthy and joy-filled life. When a person is in pain, whether it is physical or emotional, there is energy being held “captive” in their body that keeps them from connecting easily with their inner spiritual guidance and moving forward to share their unique gifts with the world.

By becoming aware of the power of their mind and emotions while deeply listening to the messages from their body, each person can take action that creates lasting health and well-being. And by learning to consciously recognize their patterns of thinking and moving, they can remove painful blocks and connect with the purpose of their soul. Cultivating Calm: Mind/Body Tools to Embody Serenity – 1 Day Workshop

In this workshop we will practice bringing awareness to how we can connect with our body to release anxiety, quiet our mind and cultivate a sense of calm:

• The importance of movement and breathing to release tension and relax the body

• Types of meditations that can quiet your mind

• Greet your inner voice and assess the 3 most common ways you are creating anxiety & stress in your life

• Practice body-mind awareness to release patterns of tension & implement your very own “relaxation & calmness thermostat”

We will also explore how crystals and flower essences/essential oils assist in calming the nervous system

EACH PERSON WILL RECEIVE AN AUDIO GUIDED IMAGERY TO CREATE CALMNESS

Chi Flowing Chair Yoga for EVERYONE!!!

Whether you sit for hours on end or stand on your feet all day, gentle Chi Flowing Chair Yoga will vitalize you with alignment-based movement and breathing you can do while seated or standing using a chair for support.

Mindful Movement is the key to maintaining a sense of balance and inner calm in your daily life. This class is beneficial for all ages and fitness levels and is particularly accessible for people who want the benefit of increased flexibility and joint mobility that comes from a yoga practice but are experiencing limited mobility due to injury, chronic illness or difficulty getting up/down from the floor.

Basic anatomy and body mechanics are explored as the foundation for moving, strengthening and aligning the body during daily activities such as bending and reaching to increase range of motion and reduce pain.

Each class is designed around the students who show up, honoring and supporting each individual’s level of flexibility and strength.

When:  Wednesdays, 1:00pm CST October 7, 14, 21, 28; November 4, 11, 18 & December 2, 9. 16.

Where:  65 MINUTE ONLINE CLASS USING ZOOMALL CLASSES WILL BE RECORDED and available online with pre-registration for one week. Class will be recorded each week and a link with password access will be sent out to all people who pre-register by 12noon the day of class.

Every class focuses on somatics-based body awareness combined with gentle Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practices to support healthy hips, spine and shoulders while calming and revitalizing your nervous system to support optimal health. Each week we will use the practice of a different mantra sound healing to affect changes in our mind/body relationship:
