Cycle Time As Preparation for The Next Three Clairs

To understand The Next Three Clairs, we will take a pause to unpack Cycle Time and how we can become conscious of our Cycle Times to create skillful action.

How do our feelings, emotions and touch play into the next three Psychic Gifts and our Intuitive Nature? What do you pay attention to?

These next three Clairs: Clairsentience (Clear Physical Feeling), Clarieempathy (Clear Emotion), and Clairtangancy (Clear Touch), may be well supported through understanding Cycle Time, a cycle of desire that launches and informs the way we direct our energy and what we pay attention to.

Understanding cycle time supports us getting clearer about the desires we set in motion consciously or unconsciously. Remember our mind has four functions one of them is Chitta – the storehouse of unconscious and conscious impressions/memories. If we trace back our triggers we may be able to clear our impressions and memories, and the positive or negative charges and holds they have over us. Some triggers we are very conscious of, others we have yet to uncover their origins. Cycle Time helps us become more skillful at this.

In each moment we are fulfilling and responding to conscious and unconscious desires we plant, which arise from our heart space. The desires we are responding to my very well originate from the chitta or they can arise from a sankalpa, “a sacred vow to awaken.” These desires that arise and take hold within us can grow a garden creating a fragrant mind, or the desires can grow like a wildfire of weeds that create a mind that is hard to harness and cause us confusion and suffering. The good news is we can pull the weeds and become conscious creators of how we launch our awareness.

So what is the flow of Cycle Time? It goes like this, our desires affect our thoughts, ​I want this or that.​ They also direct our senses (hearing, touching, seeing, tasting, smelling), what and how we pay attention to things internally and externally in the world. Our desires therefore affect our thoughts, which inform our feelings. Our feelings affect our emotions—our ability to emote, which in turn affects our actions and how we make impressions in the world. It is why if we ever catch ourselves wondering, ​why in the world did I do x, y or z,​ ​or respond or react in that manner, Cycle Time can be a map to retrace the triggers, the desires, and unearth the impression that may be running the desire planted. Or to become more conscious of the part of the cycle we find ourselves stuck within.

In summary Cycle Time: Impressions Conscious and Unconscious = Chitta/or it can originate from taking a Sankalpa – Desires Planted get Cast – Thoughts – Feelings – Emotions – Actions – Chitta/Sankalpa – Repeats itself, unless interrupted, and traced back at any point in the cycle.

For Today’s Invitation for Self Awareness:

Take a moment to center yourself, create sacred space by lighting a candle, put on some oil, hold a stone/gem/crystal and sit someplace inside or out in nature that nourishes you, observe your breath, and then take 5-10 minutes to consider the following questions below. You can journal, draw, or listen for your answers, or practice tapping into one of the previous Common Clairs we explored yesterday to receive your information:

Ask yourself, what part of the Cycle Time trips you up?

Do you get stuck in a repeated action?

A repeated emotion?

A feeling that repeats but you do not understand why?

A thought pattern that affects you positively or negatively that is ready to be shifted or neutralized?

Is there a desire that you cast long ago that is no longer true for you, and could stand to be weeded out?

Is there is a desire that is ready to launch you on your next optimal step and could use some conscious actions/Sankalpa around it, what is it?

Is there a part of the Cycle Time that you are particularly gifted with? Desires? Thoughts? Feelings? Emotions? Skillful Actions? This may give you insight into the next three Clairs:

  • Clairsentience (Clear Physical Feeling)
  • Clarieempathy (Clear Emotion) and
  • Clairtangancy (Clear Touch) and which one you resonate more toward!

Can you start to possibly see that part of the cycle that triggers you may also be the part that comes most natural to you psychically?
