LIFESTYLE PROGRAM: LIVING AYURVEDA DURING CRISIS & QUARANTINE
(6 week online class)
Sensible and Loving Acts of Self Care Bringing Structure to Unstructured Times
We are being called to level up, to deepen our understanding of self and others and how we are connected to nature. In this time of crisis and quarantine, the ancient traditions of Ayurveda and Yoga are more relevant than ever. Join Elizabeth Sullivan and Zach Zube for a six-week virtual lifestyle program that promises to be rich, beautiful, and full of community connection. This comprehensive program encompasses a variety of seasonal self care practices aimed at your optimal health and wellness. We will focus on balancing digestion, strengthening immunity, stabilizing the nervous system, and calming the mind. You’ll learn how to support not only yourself, but also anyone you might care for in your home.
Each week, you’ll get a recipe, daily routine care practices, prompts for self-study, and an invitation for movement and meditation. Over the course of that week, you have the opportunity to integrate these practices into your home life. These live weekly content sessions will be recorded for you in case you are unavailable to attend the live meeting. In addition to the weekly session, Elizabeth and Zach will host 2 community touch-point sessions specifically dedicated to your questions, curiosities, and reflections you want to bring to the group.
