What’s Up Down There? Core & Pelvic Floor Health, Function and Energetics Semi Private Yoga Therapy Class – 3 Week Series
This 3 week series is limited to 4 people. We will be sharing space to gain function, mobility, stability and strength through this series. You will have time to ask questions and learn from one another and receive take home practices in between sessions.
You will learn how chronically held reflexes (landeau, startle, trauma or a combination of these patterns) lead to pain and dysfunction & how to release and reeducate the patterns into functional movement, stability and build strength and ease.
How a stable pelvis and dynamic core supports full expression of your soma (body, mind, spirit).
You will gain interoception—how to sense and feel from the inside out, and how this supports yourself sensing, self-healing abilities to bring greater joy into all areas of your life.
When: Mondays, November 1, 8, & 15
Time: 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. CT
Where: Online via Zoom (Possible option in person St. Paul Location)
