Each class this 2 or 3-session series will focus on somatics-based body awareness combined with gentle Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practices to support healthy hips, spine and shoulders while calming and revitalizing your nervous system.
Through the conscious practice of body-awareness you will repattern your brain to release the patterns of tension embedded in your body and improve your ability to deal with stress as you calm your mind and nurture your physical body with a particular focus on your relationship to your spine, hips and shoulders.
Special gong sound bath healing with Catherine Siri Sat at each class to calm your mind and allow your own life force current to fill your body:
