Happy Body 2020: Conscious Embodiment Strategies for Vibrant Living, Presence & Purpose
PART 1 – CULTIVATE CALM:
Learn practices using breath, movement, mindful awareness and more to befriend your nervous system and create your own “Calmness Toolkit” for navigating the new year.
PART 2 – JUMPSTART JOY: Reflect on your own “joy quotient” and learn tools to detox from mental habits that are keeping you stuck. We’ll explore body-based ways to increase the effects that joyful living have on overall health and creativity and leave with a deeper sense of the magical relationship of our heart-body and mind to bring positivity and change into our lives.
PART 3* – MOVEMENT AS MEDICINE: In order to change….we have to move!!! This course will de-mystify the basics of how your body is designed to support you and how to decipher the messages it is constantly sending to you throughout each day. Understand the role of pain and our mind in the way our body moves in each moment so that you begin to create more ease and resiliency in your daily life.
