Cultivating Calm: Mind/Body Tools to Embody Serenity – 1 Day Workshop

In this workshop we will practice bringing awareness to how we can connect with our body to release anxiety, quiet our mind and cultivate a sense of calm:

• The importance of movement and breathing to release tension and relax the body

• Types of meditations that can quiet your mind

• Greet your inner voice and assess the 3 most common ways you are creating anxiety & stress in your life

• Practice body-mind awareness to release patterns of tension & implement your very own “relaxation & calmness thermostat”

We will also explore how crystals and flower essences/essential oils assist in calming the nervous system

EACH PERSON WILL RECEIVE AN AUDIO GUIDED IMAGERY TO CREATE CALMNESS
