Disconnection and Cellular ActivationPART 1 – CULTIVATE CALM: Learn practices using breath, movement, mindful awareness and more to befriend your nervous system and create your own “Calmness Toolkit” for navigating the new year.
PART 2 – JUMPSTART JOY: Reflect on your own “joy quotient” and learn tools to detox from mental habits that are keeping you stuck. We’ll explore body-based ways to increase the effects that joyful living have on overall health and creativity and leave with a deeper sense of the magical relationship of our heart-body and mind to bring positivity and change into our lives.
PART 3* – MOVEMENT AS MEDICINE: In order to change….we have to move!!! This course will de-mystify the basics of how your body is designed to support you and how to decipher the messages it is constantly sending to you throughout each day. Understand the role of pain and our mind in the way our body moves in each moment so that you begin to create more ease and resiliency in your daily life.

Each class this 2 or 3-session series will focus on somatics-based body awareness combined with gentle Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practices to support healthy hips, spine and shoulders while calming and revitalizing your nervous system.
Through the conscious practice of body-awareness you will repattern your brain to release the patterns of tension embedded in your body and improve your ability to deal with stress as you calm your mind and nurture your physical body with a particular focus on your relationship to your spine, hips and shoulders.
Special gong sound bath healing with Catherine Siri Sat at each class to calm your mind and allow your own life force current to fill your body:

Disconnection and Cellular Activation

The New Paradigm MDT system uses a powerful energy whose core essence is Love without conditions, non-judgment and freedom from fear.

In this 4-day journey you will be attuned to the continually expanding 13D energies of the Shamballa (light) frequencies to “remember who you are” and experience your own personal, true, core essence.

This workshop is a process of letting go of fear and resistance in order to release judgment of self and others, love yourself more sully and move into freedom and mastery.

Because we are each a unique expression of Source, each person will process the activations at their own optimal frequency and pace as determined by their own Higher Self. Each of the 13 activations will be followed by a hands-on partner exchange in order to integrate through the experience of both radiating and receiving the energy.
