Chi Flowing Chair Yoga for EVERYONE!!!

Whether you sit for hours on end or stand on your feet all day, gentle Chi Flowing Chair Yoga will vitalize you with alignment-based movement and breathing you can do while seated or standing using a chair for support.

Mindful Movement is the key to maintaining a sense of balance and inner calm in your daily life. This class is beneficial for all ages and fitness levels and is particularly accessible for people who want the benefit of increased flexibility and joint mobility that comes from a yoga practice but are experiencing limited mobility due to injury, chronic illness or difficulty getting up/down from the floor.

Basic anatomy and body mechanics are explored as the foundation for moving, strengthening and aligning the body during daily activities such as bending and reaching to increase range of motion and reduce pain.

Each class is designed around the students who show up, honoring and supporting each individual’s level of flexibility and strength.

When:  Wednesdays, 1:00pm CST October 7, 14, 21, 28; November 4, 11, 18 & December 2, 9. 16.

Where:  65 MINUTE ONLINE CLASS USING ZOOMALL CLASSES WILL BE RECORDED and available online with pre-registration for one week. Class will be recorded each week and a link with password access will be sent out to all people who pre-register by 12noon the day of class.

Every class focuses on somatics-based body awareness combined with gentle Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practices to support healthy hips, spine and shoulders while calming and revitalizing your nervous system to support optimal health. Each week we will use the practice of a different mantra sound healing to affect changes in our mind/body relationship:

Many of us are looking at the chaos in the world through the eyes of what we think of as truth.Much of what we’re thinking and feeling is scary and divisive and even overwhelming.

What if you were to toss out the old map of how you look at things and act like you know nothing for awhile – give your brain a good rest? What if you were to sit with your old emotions, fears and beliefs and become a witness to them without buying into them? You’d likely find the emotions, fears and beliefs lifting off of you, with new revolutionary ideas coming in!!

If enough of us do this, we may find that things really start to change since we’re all interconnected and can create a critical mass shift! So join our global meditation to focus on this change!

What I’ve noticed, energetically speaking, when looking at client’s energy fields, is that outdated beliefs put walls in our energy fields causing things to stay stuck. As soon as the old belief is let go of, the field opens up for new things to come in! I’ve experienced this many times myself and perhaps you have before too.

Have you ever been in a situation where you researched and worried and analyzed how to solve a difficult challenge without any success to only find yourself hitting a wall with nothing left to do but wait? With this surrender/letting go, something totally unexpected comes in which is much, much better than you could have ever hoped for! This has happened many times for me, so I’m convinced this is the way to move through these unprecedented times.

A group of my colleagues agree. We are all interested in being a part of that critical mass shift into a new world map. We don’t know what this new world map will look like but know that, if enough of us toss out the old world map and wait for the new visions and map, it will emerge.

Merge your individual meditation for a new world map with our Community for Higher Consciousness (CHC) meditation. If listed time doesn’t work for you, ask to pinpoint this time of day and ask that your meditation joins with ours.

Suggestions on meditating with the CHC group: Each person meditates in their own location and merges their meditation with the group. 13D Master Certification: New Paradigm Multi Dimensional Transformation – 4 Day Workshop (32 Hours)

 

What is New Paradigm MDT?: The New Paradigm MDT (Multi Dimensional Transformation) system uses a powerful energy whose core essence is Love without conditions, non-judgment and freedom from fear.

In this 4-day journey you will experience 13 attunements to the continually expanding 13D (13 dimensions) energies of the Shamballa (light) frequencies to “remember who you are” and experience your own personal, true, core essence.

The energy of Shamballa connects you through your I AM presence to the collective consciousness of all the Ascended Masters who are in service to the Earth to assist you with self-healing and understanding the interconnected relationships of ALL levels of your “soul-in-body”.

What to expect each day?

Over the 4 day journey participants will practice moving into BEING the love, the freedom and the magic that we ARE. This workshop is a process of letting go of fear and resistance in order to release judgment of self and others, deepen self-love and move into freedom and mastery.

During our 4 days together we will focus on personal transformation and self-empowerment as we co-create in community and interact with the Lords and Ladies of Shamballa who are always ready to assist us but can only assist if we ask. Each day participants will discuss and explore embodying their own multi-dimensional aspects by working with their conscious, subconscious and superconscious mind aspects and energy field. Discussions will be interspersed with the experience 3-4 Shamballa activations per day, as well as appropriate clearings, gentle movement and sound explorations to support full integration of each activation into the physical body.

The essence of this process is to practice connecting directly with Source energy through the highest aspects of oneself to allow more of one’s “divine essence” to anchor into their physical body. We will also be practicing invoking the energy of creation of Source that we call the “Mahatma” energies to assist each person present to synthesize their intentions and actions with their soul ray aspects as a path to self-mastery. Mahatma energy is very gentle yet expansive- it is the energy of love without conditions that is the true nature of all of creation.
